    Job Title: Payroll Transformation Advisor

     

    Location : 300 E John Carpenter Freeway, Irving, TX 75062 (in the Las Colinas urban center)

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Executive advisory services
    • Payroll transformation guidance
    • HCM and payroll process design oversight
    • Workday-to-ADP integration strategy and validation
    • Future-state process validation
    • Design and architecture oversight
    • Risk identification and mitigation
    • Participation in steering committee meetings
    • Independent review and challenge of implementation partner recommendations
    • Transition planning from JDE to the future-state environment

    • 10+ years of experience in payroll transformation, HCM, or HR/payroll advisory roles
    • Strong experience in executive-level advisory and stakeholder engagement
    • Deep knowledge of payroll process design, future-state operating models, and transformation planning
    • Proven experience with Workday and ADP payroll implementations
    • Experience validating Workday-to-ADP integration strategy and business processes
    • Experience reviewing payroll architecture, design decisions, and implementation partner recommendations
    • Strong background in identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
    • Experience supporting steering committee and executive governance meetings
    • Demonstrated experience transitioning from JD Edwards Payroll or another legacy payroll platform to a modern payroll solution
    • Experience supporting complex payroll environments, ideally including union, hourly, and multi-jurisdiction workforces
    • Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian payroll regulations, tax, and compliance requirements
    • Experience with payroll testing, parallel testing, reconciliation, and cutover planning
    • Understanding of payroll integrations with HCM, timekeeping, finance, benefits, retirement, and third-party systems
    • Ability to work with large enterprise environments and multiple business units
    • Strong communication, presentation, and independent problem-solving skills
