We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our growing team in Central Point, OR.
This role is ideal for a payroll professional who thrives in a compliance-driven environment and has a strong foundation in full-cycle payroll processes. The position focuses on standard payroll processing functions, including accurate wage calculations, deductions, and payroll reconciliation, while also supporting union reporting and related compliance activities. The Payroll Specialist will play a key role in ensuring timely, accurate payroll execution and maintaining compliance with company policies, union requirements, and applicable regulations.

About the Role
As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This position is responsible for full-cycle payroll functions, including wage calculations, deductions, timekeeping validation, and payroll reconciliation. In addition to core payroll responsibilities, you will support union reporting and related compliance requirements, maintain accurate payroll records, and assist with audits as needed.
This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
