Payroll Specialist

Location: Onsite – Strongsville, OH Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role: We are looking for a diligent and reliable Payroll Specialist to join our team in Strongsville, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. You will be a key contributor to our operations, providing support to our employees and ensuring that all payroll-related data is handled with precision and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process multi-state payroll for a high volume of employees.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in accordance with company policies and state/federal regulations.
• Maintain payroll records, update employee files, and manage tax withholdings and garnishments.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure data integrity and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role.
• Multi-state payroll experience is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in payroll software; experience with UKG, Kronos, or Bullhorn is a significant plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Must be able to work onsite in our Strongsville, OH office.
