Summary:
Processes payroll related forms in accordance with processing schedule and defined timelines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Updatesemployee informationsuch as personal data, compensation, tax data, and termination date and reason from New Hire & Termination paperwork intopayroll System.
- Use tax grid by location to correctly apply tax jurisdictions to employees when processing address changes and/or transfers.
- Creates and uses data and formulas in spreadsheets.
- Uses Microsoft Word and Excel and merge capabilities to create necessary forms
- Uses automated workflow solution to manager workload and processing
- Examines employee files to answer inquiries andprovides information to authorized persons.
- Compiles data from personnel records and prepares reports.
