Payroll Specialist

Arkansas Talent Group seeks an experienced payroll specialist to join a large thriving organization! The payroll specialist will report to the payroll manager and support payroll for 800+ employees in multiple locations and states. Job Duties:

• Assist the payroll manager with processing over 800+ employees in ADP
• Data entry and reconciling payroll weekly
• Making changes to payroll as needed
• Wage garnishments
• Tax compliance/understanding of the filing requirements for local, city and municipal taxes
• Audit and reporting
• Conpliance
• Assist with monthly financial statements
• Point of contact for employees and leadership with payroll needs and discrepancies
• Special Projects as needed by the Payroll Manager
  

Requirements: 

• 4+ years of experience processing payroll with 350+ or more employees
• Experience processing multiple sites/states
• Payroll tax, reporting, and compliance experience
• Experience with ADP highly desirable
