Salary: $20-25 hourly + bonus

What your future day will look like: - Serve as the front-desk point of contact by answering phones and greeting clients professionally.
- Process payroll for multiple client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Calculate payroll taxes and prepare required tax payments and filings.
- Maintain payroll records and support client questions related to payroll processing.
- Use user-friendly payroll software to manage payroll data and reporting.
- Support increased workload during tax season, including occasional overtime as needed.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:- 12 years of hands-on payroll processing experience
- Experience calculating payroll taxes and handling payroll tax payments
- Comfortable managing payroll for multiple clients simultaneously
- Professional, friendly demeanor suitable for front-desk interaction
- Willingness to work additional hours during peak tax season
- Reliable, detail-oriented work style with strong follow-through
