Description
- Manage payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate financial information.
- Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment using technology tools.
- Collaborate with team members and managers to meet organizational goals.
- Apply payroll solutions in a dynamic setting.
- Build and maintain global relationships while exercising good judgment.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing in multiple currencies.
- Communicate with employees to resolve payroll discrepancies and generate reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees.
- Understand and apply payroll laws and regulations.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll transactions.
- Provide customer service for compensation requests.
- Support management in improving payroll processes.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar payroll role.
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state regulations.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage sensitive information.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
