Description:

• Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timely financial information.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment using generic technology tools for payroll operations.
• Collaborate with managers and team members to achieve organizational objectives.
• Apply payroll solutions in a dynamic environment.
• Build global relationships and exercise good judgment.
• Ensure accurate processing and recording of payroll in multiple currencies.
• Communicate with employees regarding payroll discrepancies and produce payroll reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees.
• Understand payroll laws and regulations.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service concerning compensation requests.
• Support management in payroll process improvements.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar payroll role.
• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state regulations.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage sensitive information.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
