Job Overview:
We are seeking a Specialist/Analyst in Payroll Operations to join our team in Tempe, Arizona. This role involves managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the organization's payroll operations. Responsibilities:

• Manage and process payroll operations accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Analyze payroll data and resolve discrepancies or issues.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll integration.
• Maintain and update payroll records and systems as needed.
• Provide support and guidance to employees regarding payroll inquiries.

• Proven experience in payroll operations or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay Range: $40 - $45/Hr
