    About Company

    Our Mission Statement
Our mission is to offer New Beginnings and meaningful opportunities to caregivers and clinicians while providing home care services to our clients built on innovation, skill, and Christ-like values of compassion, honesty, and patience.

    OUR CORE VALUES
Our written core values reflect, in words, what is truly important to us
as an organization. In our mission, we highlight the pillars of this culture: compassion, honesty, and patience. These descriptive words define our culture.

Also in our DNA, we find the following valuable qualities:
Responsibility – We take full responsibility for our actions.
Respect – We treat each other and those we serve with equal and high-level respect.
Excellence – We strive to exceed the expectations standard in our industry, giving plus one service.
Empathy – In all that we do, we ask, “What would I want if it were me?”
Potential – We strive to help everyone reach their full potential in life.
Courage – With optimistic and brave hearts, we face each challenge, celebrating successes and viewing failures as opportunities to grow.
Community – We are active participants in our communities, reaching out to be good neighbors.

    Our Story
The legend of the phoenix bird is a story of ever-changing growth and rebirth. The beautiful mythical creature reflected the lights and colors of the morning sunrise – always chasing the light and capturing all that was beautiful. The phoenix is a symbol of constant rebirth, renewal, and fresh starts. It is not a story of ashes, but rather of beauty and upward thinking (Isaiah 61:3).

OUR ENERGY is focused on improving quality of life, perpetuating positive attitudes, and embracing the challenges life places before us with grace, respect, and compassion.

OUR CATALYST to consistently rise to new heights is a combination of perpetual learning, measurement of success, looking through the eyes of those we serve, and listening with our hearts, which causes us to pause and discover what is really important in each situation. Within the listening and the application of learning, we find new beginnings.
