• Job Title: Payroll Analyst
• Duration: 6 Months Contract
• Location: Los Angeles, CA, 90038 OR New York, NY 10036
• Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST
• Pay Range: $41 - 45/ HR

• End-to-end payroll processing for union and non-union employees
• SAP payroll adjustments, payroll data entry, and schedule updates
• Handling employee garnishments and payroll discrepancies
• Audit and reconciliation of HR/payroll data
• Supporting payroll-related projects and Oracle testing activities
• Managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• 3+ years of payroll experience in a large company environment
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas
• Experience working with payroll systems (SAP ECP or major HCM systems preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
• Excellent communication and confidentiality standards
