Key Responsibilities:
Drive business growth through proactive networking, outbound outreach, and referral generation in your region.
Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their payroll and HR needs.
Develop and present tailored solutions that align with client goals and capabilities.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product implementation and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
