Schedule
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Consistent daytime hours
Weekends off
What You’ll Do
Support Payroll & HR teams (great growth opportunity!)
Assist with invoicing and employee records
Handle benefits follow-ups and HR documentation
Run employee text/email communications
Provide front desk support & keep the office running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
Bilingual (English/Spanish) – REQUIRED
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Office, HR, or payroll experience is a plus
