Seeking a Payroll / Timekeeper to support a plant start-up, primarily onsite in Saginaw, MI, with potential work at a nearby college campus. The role involves maintaining employee time and attendance records in Kronos, verifying accuracy, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Responsibilities include resolving discrepancies, generating reports, coordinating with management, and supporting payroll processing. The position is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, transitioning to a new manufacturing site once construction is complete. Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Nationals, compliant with DoD/ITAR regulations, and experienced with timekeeping systems, preferably Kronos. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to handle sensitive data are essential. A bachelor’s degree and Kronos experience are preferred.
