Salary Range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll accurately and timely for all employees, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.
  • Manage and maintain employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in pay rates.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports, tax filings, and other relevant documentation.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and deductions.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to resolve payroll discrepancies.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and best practices.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Payroll Clerk or in a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of payroll best practices and state/federal regulations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, high volume atmosphere.
