The Payroll & Benefits Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing for a multi-state workforce while ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations. It also oversees employee benefits programs, including enrollment, vendor coordination, and compliance, and maintains the HR information system to ensure data integrity and reporting.Multi-state payroll experience is required. This role owns the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring every step - from data collection to final payment - is executed correctly. On the benefits side, this person will oversee everything from health and retirement plans to wellness and voluntary offerings. It involves managing enrollments, partnering with vendors, ensuring accurate payroll deductions, and maintaining compliance with regulations, while also acting as a go-to resource for employees navigating their options. It's a high-touch, detail-driven function that directly shapes the overall employee experience.Successful candidates must have multi-state payroll and benefits experience.
