Payroll & Benefits Coordinator
Palm Beach Gardens, FL | Full-Time | On-Site

Esquire Law Services is seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused Payroll & Benefits Coordinator to join our Human Resources team.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while also supporting benefit administration, employee enrollments, leaves of absence, and HR operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and takes pride in providing exceptional employee support.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with bi-weekly payroll processing for a multi-state workforce
  • Audit payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Process employee status changes, compensation updates, and deductions
  • Administer employee benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations
  • Coordinate open enrollment activities and employee communications
  • Assist with 401(k), COBRA, FMLA, ADA, and leave administration
  • Reconcile payroll and benefit invoices
  • Respond to employee questions regarding pay, benefits, and HR policies
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
  • Partner with HR leadership on process improvements and special projects

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of payroll, benefits, HR, or related experience
  • Experience working with payroll systems and HRIS platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Multi-state payroll experience is a plus (Paychex experience a plus)
  • Benefits administration experience is highly preferred
