Position Details:
Client: Bank
Title: Payroll Analyst
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Location: Tampa, FL
Schedule: Occasional nights/weekends may be required during launches
Pay Range: $25 - $27/hr

Skills:
1–3 years of payroll experience
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Experience with payroll operations and employee data reconciliation
Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience with Service Now and Workday is preferred
Understanding of payroll regulations and compliance
Responsibilities Include:
Managing payroll requests through Service Now
Handling payroll inquiries via shared mailbox
Payroll data validation and reconciliation
Supporting payroll processing and compliance activities
Working with payroll metrics and Excel-based reporting
Assisting with payroll-related projects and operational tasks
