Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Benefits Administration
Manage full-cycle payroll processing for multi-state employees
Process commissions, bonuses, adjustments, and off-cycle payroll runs
Maintain employee records, reimbursements, garnishments, and separation documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
Administer employee benefits and support retirement plan processes, including eligibility tracking and open enrollment
Manage ACA benefits administration and reporting processes
Coordinate payroll approvals and compensation updates with internal departments
Help ensure compliance with wage and hour requirements across multiple states
Utilize ADP Workforce Now (WFN) for payroll and HR administration
Human Resources Support
Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies
Partner with HR team members on employee relations matters, documentation, and performance-related processes
Maintain accurate HR records and support compliance initiatives
Occasionally travel to company locations for in-person support and training
Qualifications
2–4+ years of experience with full-cycle payroll processing required
Experience processing commissions and variable compensation preferred
Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) strongly preferred
Benefits administration experience required
ACA benefits administration experience preferred
Familiarity with multi-state employment practices strongly preferred
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
Comfortable working independently and adapting to changing priorities in a remote environment
