Payroll Analyst

Location: Fort Worth, TX 76109| Onsite

Compensation & Schedule
* Pay: $35/hr.-$37/hr.
* Schedule: Full-time; Long-term temporary Assignment
* Benefit: Will be provided through CornerStone

ROLE IMPACT
Join a collaborative payroll team responsible for delivering accurate, timely payroll processing while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. In this role, you will support payroll operations, reporting, tax compliance, and employee inquiries while helping maintain efficient payroll processes for a complex workforce, including domestic and international employees.

Key Responsibilities
* Process biweekly and monthly payroll accurately and on schedule using established payroll best practices.
* Calculate wages, overtime, benefit deductions, garnishments, child support orders, and other payroll adjustments while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and organizational policies.
* Support employees and managers with timekeeping and attendance system inquiries and issue resolution.
* Generate, analyze, audit, and reconcile payroll reports using Excel and HRIS data from multiple systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
* Research, troubleshoot, and resolve payroll processing issues while partnering with internal departments to improve payroll operations.
* Serve as a resource for U.S. payroll tax regulations, international employee tax requirements, and immigration-related payroll processes.
* Assist with payroll tax filings, audits, reconciliations, and reporting requirements.
* Provide backup support to payroll leadership as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED.
* Minimum of 5 years of payroll or payroll-related HRIS experience.
* Experience using PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) or another enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
