Payroll Analyst

Job Title: Payroll Processor

Responsible for processing payroll and accounts payable. Initiative and assistance with ad hoc payroll issues as they arise.

Job Responsibilities:

• Completes full cycle payroll processing
• Responds to employee payroll questions in an efficient manner
• Prepares payroll journal entries
• Reviews of the quarterly payroll tax reports
• Year-end processing W-2 and 1099

Skills:

• Experience in payroll processing
• Professionalism and integrity in handling confidential information
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Familiarity with payroll systems

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field required. 0-2 years experience required. Familiarity with garnishment management a plus. Existing knowledge and experience with Workday a plus. Hybrid role - 8-5 CST
