LHH is currently seeking Payroll Administrators for temporary opportunities with companies throughout the Portland area.

Potential Responsibilities
Process weekly, bi-weekly, or semi-monthly payroll
Review and validate employee timecards and payroll data
Maintain payroll records and employee information
Assist employees with payroll-related questions
Process wage garnishments, deductions, and tax withholdings
Support payroll audits, reporting, and reconciliations
Ensure compliance with company policies and payroll regulations
Qualifications
Previous payroll experience preferred
Knowledge of payroll processes, wage laws, and payroll systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and payroll software
Strong organizational and communication skills
