HR Additions has partnered with a prominent company in the Dallas area in search of a Payroll Administrator. This is a direct hire position that requires staff to be in the office daily.

Responsibilities:

• This position manages the day-to-day payroll functions including payroll processing, payroll taxes, reporting/analytics, reviewing, revising payroll procedures, and internal controls.
• Ensure payroll tax payments comply.
• Reconcile payroll related to general ledger accounts.
• Identify and implement improvements in payroll policies and procedures.
• Directly manage payroll team for accurate and equitable processing.
• Oversee vendor relations, audits, and accounting functions.
• Ensure accurate multi-state payroll processing and compliance with laws.
• Manage payroll disbursements, audits, and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 5 years of payroll experience and at least 2 years of multi-state payroll processing.
• Experience with ADP WorkforceNow and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
