HR Additions has partnered with a premier entertainment company in search of Payroll Administrator. This role is contract to hire and offers a hybrid work model.
Duties:

• Responsible for full cycle payroll duties.
• Reviews and reconciles weekly time files, maintains employee payroll records, processes payroll changes, and compliance.
• Maintain employee payroll records.
• Process employee terminations.
• Prepare and distribute checks for missing pay and termination pay, including coordination of final payments.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two year college preferred but experience is most valued her
• Experience with Workday and ADP SmartCompliance preferred, but not required.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
