Job Summary: We are looking for a Lube Technician to join our team at Payne Brownsville. The Lube Technician will be responsible for performing oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance services on vehicles. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Must be 21 or over - Previous experience as a lube technician or in a similar role is preferred - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately - Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Valid drivers license for at least 3 consecutive years Responsibilities: - Perform oil changes and routine maintenance services on vehicles - Inspect vehicles for additional repairs or maintenance needed - Keep work area clean and organized - Follow all safety procedures and guidelines - Communicate effectively with team members and customers Physical Requirements: - Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods - Manual dexterity for working with tools and equipment - Ability to work in various weather conditions Benefits: - Competitive pay - Health benefits - Paid time off - Training and development opportunities
