Title: Payments Product Manager Go-to-Market Strategy
Location: Jersey City, NJ (30 Hudson Street)
Schedule: 4 days/week onsite
Duration: 6 Month CTH (Role will become an FTE)

Overview:
We are seeking a Payments Product Manager with strong experience in commercializing and scaling payment products across enterprise and institutional clients. This role is focused on developing and executing go-to-market strategies for existing payment solutions rather than building new products.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of payments expertise, product ownership, client strategy, and sales enablement experience. They will partner closely with Sales, Relationship Management, Treasury Services, and Product teams to drive adoption of payment capabilities and maximize market penetration.

Key Responsibilities
"Own the go-to-market strategy for established payment products and services.
"Identify target client segments and develop plans for product distribution and adoption.
"Partner with Sales and Relationship Management teams to position payment solutions effectively.
"Analyze client needs and align payment offerings to appropriate customer segments.
"Develop commercialization strategies, product positioning, and adoption campaigns.
"Drive revenue growth and client utilization of payment products.
"Act as the subject matter expert for payment solutions across internal and external stakeholders.
"Collaborate with product, operations, and business teams to ensure successful market execution.
"Monitor market trends, client feedback, and competitive offerings to refine strategy.

Required Experience
"Strong Product Management or Product Ownership background within payments.
"Banking/Capital Markets/Cash Management
"Experience owning payment products throughout their lifecycle.
"Demonstrated success driving go-to-market initiatives and product adoption.
"Deep understanding of payment products, including:
oFedwire
oACH
oWorking capital management
oTreasury and Cash Management solutions
"Experience partnering directly with Sales and client-facing teams.
"Ability to identify target markets, client use cases, and commercialization opportunities.
"Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Experience
"Experience with Transaction Banking clients that are medium to large corporation; multinational corporates; .
"Hand on experience and deep understanding of corporate client buying center flows and behaviours
"Combination of traditional product management and market commercialization experience.
"Candidates similar to professionals who have successfully managed both payment product ownership and go-to-market execution initiatives.
