Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking a Mail Room/ Payment Servicing Associate for an ONSITE position in Atlanta, Georgia.
Work Schedule: Monday- Friday (7:00 am- 4:00 pm or 8:00am- 5:00pm) Plus Overtime. 
Hourly pay: $18.00
Position Summary:
The Payment Servicing Associate is primarily responsible for supporting functions and processes within the Payment Servicing Teams by processing requests received via multiple channels. 
Ideal candidate:
  • Background in banking (check posting to accounts would be a plus)
  • Experience in being accountable for entering their daily tasks into system
  • Have experience with processing refunds

Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Payment Servicing Activity
  • Process requests in accordance with Payment Servicing SLAs.
  • Respond to emails and various escalated account issues within the assigned SLA.
  • Track productivity and provide status updates for KPI’s.
  • Work with QA team to ensure Productivity, Quality, Compliance standards are met.
  •  Generate letters, send and retain documents as requested to ensure accuracy per HCA’s Policy and Procedures while being compliant.
  • May contact insurance companies and body shops to obtain information regarding insurance issues 
 
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Demonstrated business etiquette including verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills to collaborate across the organization.
  • 10 Key - accuracy 
  • Proven ability to multi-task, pay close attention to detail, and ability to work in fast paced environment.
  • Agile and can successfully adjust to changing priorities to meet business demand.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of general office equipment. 
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. • Proven track record with delivering seamless customer experiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a performance coaching environment
