Overview At Foot Locker we obsess over the customer. This is where you come in! We are looking to hire multiple part-time Payment Management Specialists, a role that is vital to our company's success. You will be responsible for determining the validity of customer orders while providing a positive experience through compassion and problem-solving. This position is located on-site in our Wausau, Wisconsin office. Scheduling: Hours are available Monday-Friday 1pm-9pm. You will set your own availability for scheduling between within these timeframes. A minimum of 8 hours of availability per week is required. Pay rate: $16.00 / hour Next available start date: Monday, May 4th Training: You would attend 3 weeks of Customer Care Training (which may fall outside of your regularly scheduled hours) in addition to one week of in-department training during your regularly scheduled shifts.
