Description

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review and process payment activities.
  • Monitor deposit and withdrawal queues and prevent high-risk transactions.
  • Analyze player behavior through payment gateway data to draw conclusions and recommendations.
  • Performing high-level analysis over large datasets to produce insights that enable better business outcomes.
  • Preparing reports for the leadership team that identifies trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
  • Analyze fraud and transactions reports.
  • Dispute chargeback.
  • Communicate with third-party vendors to solve problems.
  • Work across multiple teams to improve the player experience.
  • Troubleshoot any technical issues and collaborate with first level technical support as needed.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, IT and Product teams to achieve betJACK’s goals.
  • Maintain general payment industry knowledge, challenge the status quo, and apply best practices or new ideas.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive financial and guest information.
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while working at a computer.
  • Ability to frequently use a computer, keyboard, mouse, and telephone to perform job duties. 
  • Ability to view computer monitors and read electronic and printed documents for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, by telephone, and through electronic communication.
  • Ability to occasionally move or transport items weighing up to 15 pounds, such as files, office supplies, or equipment.
  • Must be able to work varied shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend solutions that improve business performance.
  • Experience in fraud prevention, payment processing, chargeback disputes, or financial risk management preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, organizational, and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

LICENSURE

  • Must be able to obtain, and maintain an Ohio Casino Control Commission Gaming License, and Sports Gaming Employee License
