- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Maintain store appearance and organize inventory effectively
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote positive client relationships
- Develop strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a pawn shop or related industry
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of pawn industry regulations and procedures
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to appraise diverse merchandise accurately
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
