Location: Hueytown/Birmingham, AL
Pay: $30-$35/hour depending on experience
Position Type: Full-Time

United Trades of America is hiring a Paving Foreman experienced in operating high-density screed pavers for large parking lot projects. We are seeking a leader with hands-on experience and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and adjust asphalt paver machines for quality paving.

• Supervise screed operators and ground crews.

• Perform basic grading work; operating a motor grader is a big plus.

• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and assist with maintenance.

• Maintain safe work practices and ensure daily equipment cleaning.

Qualifications:

• Experience operating pavers and managing paving crews.

• Ability to grade and finish large commercial lots.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Must pass pre-employment drug and background screenings.
