We are actively seeking an experienced and reliable Asphalt Paving Foreman to join a growing team in the area. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with a strong background in asphalt paving who can manage crews, oversee daily operations, and ensure high-quality results. All work is local—no out-of-state travel required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the paving crew
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and job specifications
• Manage job site safety and quality control
• Schedule and coordinate materials and equipment
• Train, lead, and develop crew members
• Communicate effectively with project managers and inspectors

Project Scope Includes:

• Roadway Paving
• Parking Lots
• Driveways
• Milling & Resurfacing Projects
• Asphalt Patching & Repair
