The Paveway program office, part of Raytheon's Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) Business Unit, is seeking a highly motivated Sr Proposal Manager to direct and oversee the overall proposal management activities for the Paveway portfolio, with special focus on the production requirements. In this role, you will report to the Paveway Production Business Manager, and you will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of the proposal requirements are met. This role necessitates close coordination with key stakeholders including Estimating and Pricing (E&P), the Paveway Program Management Office (PMO), Engineering, Contracts, Supply Chain, and other key functional organizations.
This is an onsite position located at our Tucson, AZ, Huntsville AL, McKinney, TX or Aurora, CO. Relocation assistance is not available.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
