POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The role of the Patient Rights Advocate ensures that Agency clients are treated with respect and dignity as well as ensures that the rights of clients are not abridged. The Patients Rights Advocate is responsible for addressing all client-related incidents that could be due to a clients’ rights violation as well as investigating all client grievances and allegations.
