We are currently looking for a motivated and compassionate Patient Support Specialist to join our growing team.
Position Overview

As a Patient Support Specialist, you will serve as a front line resource for patients and internal teams by providing product support, troubleshooting assistance, and helping ensure patient compliance throughout the monitoring process.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, communicating with patients, and being part of a team focused on delivering outstanding patient care and service.

What You Will Do
⭐ Communicate with patients, customers, and internal staff via phone to maintain patient compliance and provide support
⭐ Troubleshoot devices and assist with supply orders and shipment tracking
⭐ Document patient interactions and maintain FDA compliance requirements
⭐ Manage inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment
⭐ Utilize Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and proprietary software to document and monitor activity
⭐ Collaborate with multiple departments across the organization
⭐ Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned
What We Are Looking For
⭐ High School diploma required; college experience preferred but not required
⭐ Previous experience in healthcare, customer service, administrative support, or call center environments preferred
⭐ Strong organizational and communication skills
⭐ Self motivated and goal oriented mindset
⭐ Strong written and verbal English communication skills
⭐ Experience with Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel
⭐ Ability to thrive in a fast paced and highly dynamic environment
⭐ Ability to remain seated and on the phone for extended periods throughout the workday
