As a Patient Service Representative, you will greet patients, verify and update demographic and insurance information, facilitate check-in processes, collect payments, assist with applying for assistance programs, and support scheduling and lab procedures. Your role ensures smooth administrative flow and creates a welcoming environment for patients.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of customer service experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and bilingual Spanish skills.
