We’re partnering with a healthcare organization seeking a Patient Services Representative to support care coordination, scheduling, and patient communication within a Primary Care clinic. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong organizational skills, professionalism, and a patient-centered approach to care.


What You’ll Be Doing…

• Serve as a primary point of contact for patients, providers, families, and outside agencies regarding clinic services and care coordination

• Coordinate appointments, referrals, procedures, and pre-visit planning to support efficient patient care

• Facilitate communication and documentation between patients, providers, ancillary departments, and payers

• Assist with insurance authorizations, scheduling procedures, and ensuring complete medical records prior to appointments or services

• Support referral management, reporting, and administrative workflows within the clinic

• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and strong customer service while supporting a fast-paced patient-facing environment


Here’s What Your Work History Needs to Show as Evidence That You’re the Right Candidate…

• At least 1 year of experience in a medical or healthcare setting OR 2 years of customer service experience

• Strong customer service and communication skills in a fast-paced environment

• Experience handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion

• Working knowledge of medical terminology, insurance authorization processes, CPT, and ICD-10 coding preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Location: Shoreline, WA (100% onsite)

Department: Primary Care – Richmond Beach

Pay Rate: $24.00–$27.00 per hour
