Schedule: 6:00 AM - 7:30 PM (Shift may end as late as 7:30 PM).

SUMMARY / DUTIES:
The Patient Services Representative supports front-office operations in an outpatient flu and TB clinic
Responsibilities include greeting patients, completing registration and check-in, verifying demographic and required documentation, updating information in the electronic medical record system, and communicating clearly with patients regarding the registration process
The representative provides customer service while overseeing routine administrative workflows and ensuring records are accurate, complete, and handled confidentially
This role requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple patient interactions in a fast-paced clinic environment
The position works closely with clinical and administrative staff to support efficient patient flow and resolve missing or inconsistent registration information
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience with front-office administrative processes and patient registration
Experience with patient check-in and verification of demographic information
Customer service experience in a patient-facing or public-facing environment
Ability to verify documentation accurately and completely
Experience with electronic medical record systems or similar registration platforms
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with patients
Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced clinic setting
Proficiency in maintaining accurate and confidential patient information
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience in an outpatient clinic or ambulatory care setting
Experience supporting flu, TB, vaccination, or seasonal health clinics
Familiarity with healthcare registration workflows
Experience with high-volume patient check-in
