Patient Services Representative – Full-Time Float Position – Covers Multiple Locations in Greater Raleigh Area

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and highly personable Patient Services Representative to support our Physical Therapy sites in a float capacity. This full-time role is essential to ensuring a smooth and professional experience for patients across multiple locations. This position will be based primarily at our Edwards Mill location but will provide coverage at multiple locations throughout the greater Raleigh area as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Accurately collect and input patient information into the electronic health record system
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations
• Handle incoming calls and front desk correspondence
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to provide outstanding service
