We are seeking a Patient Service Representative to be the friendly, organized face of our community health centers.
In this role, you'll greet patients, manage appointment scheduling, verify insurance, assist with registration and billing, answer calls, and support clinical staff—all while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, with healthcare or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work across multiple locations are essential. Bilingual skills are a plus.
