Patient Services Representative

The Patient Services Representative role is a 3-month (extendable) position based in Baltimore, MD, working day shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Candidates must have scheduling experience.

Responsibilities include acting as a liaison for patients, families, referring physicians, and Imaging Services throughout the imaging process. Duties involve reception, registration, patient education, obtaining pre-authorizations and referrals, scheduling additional procedures, and reporting data.

The role supports the Imaging Services Department’s goal of delivering reliable, safe patient care within a collaborative environment that values teamwork and continuous learning. Essential functions focus on coordinating and optimizing department duties to ensure smooth operations and positive patient outcomes.
