The Patient Service Representative (PSR) is a remote, independent contractor role focused on training patients and caregivers on the use of the LifeVest® wearable cardioverter defibrillator. Candidates typically have at least 1 year of paid patient care experience and a healthcare background such as RN, EMT, Paramedic, or similar roles.
Responsibilities include scheduling services, traveling to patient locations, instructing on device use, programming and sizing the device, managing paperwork, and handling inventory. Flexibility to accept or decline assignments is offered, with work scheduled around personal availability, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications involve a valid driver’s license, background check, and willingness to pay minimal fees for certification and equipment. This role supports lifesaving medical technology, helping cardiac patients at risk of sudden cardiac arrest.
