Job Overview

The Patient Service Center Representative I is the primary contact for participants and their families. This role assists with service needs, schedules appointments, explains program details, and ensures that all interactions, records, and coordination follow federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA and participant rights. Follow up on participant satisfaction and respond to concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. This role also answers phone calls, addresses questions, confirms appointments, and registers participants as needed.

Minimum Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a call center environment is required.

Compensation

$25.00 - $25.15 hourly
