Oakmont, PA – Full-time; Hourly, Non-exempt; M-F;7:00am-3:30pm
Starting Pay: $20.00/hour - $22.00/hour; Depending on experience

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general building and property maintenance.

Requirements for theMaintenance Technician:
- Have either a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and three years of maintenance experience or 6 months of specific education in one of the following trades:Electricity; HVAC; Pluming/Fitting; Welding/Fabricating; or Carpentry. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Have a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to effectively interact with residents and team members
