Qualifications include a high school diploma, 1+ years of customer service experience, and familiarity with medical workflows preferred.
Must have excellent communication, organizational, and PC skills, with the ability to work independently or in a team in a fast-paced environment.
Physical requirements involve sitting, standing, and lifting up to 25lbs. Overtime and shift flexibility may be needed.
