Patient Service Representative Join our Patient Service Representative team. As a Patient Service Representative, you will provide clerical and office support within a physician clinic, including reception, telephone handling, medical records management, charge entry, referrals, and retrieval of medical information from internal and external systems and sources. You will also support communication and collaboration with the healthcare team and patients/families to identify and meet their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
