The Patient Service Representative (PSR) is a remote independent contractor role focused on training patients on the use and care of the LifeVest® wearable cardioverter defibrillator.

Responsibilities involve scheduling services, traveling to patient locations, instructing patients and caregivers, programming devices, measuring patients for proper fit, completing paperwork, managing device inventory, and transmitting documentation within 24 hours.
The role offers flexible scheduling, allowing work before/after shifts or on days off, with assignments during daytime, evenings, or weekends.
Qualifications include a valid driver's license, car insurance, willingness to pay certain fees, and completion of background checks and credentialing as needed.
