Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate patient appointments, scheduling, and communication with healthcare providers • Manage patient records, including demographic and medical information • Provide patient education and support on medical procedures, treatments, and test results • Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports • Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred • 1-2 years of experience in a patient service or administrative role • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and Microsoft Office
