Full-time Patient Scheduler (Korean-speaking preferred), seeking 2 hires.
- Greet clients, assist visitors, and perform patient registration and appointment scheduling.
- Interface with physicians, patients, and families, monitor patient flow, and ensure excellent customer service.
- Accurately handle patient information, verify details, and document in RIS.
- Check-in/out patients, collect payments, and support patients with mobility or paperwork needs.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper paperwork before patient visits.
- Demonstrate competencies in service excellence, communication, teamwork, flexibility, and problem-solving.
- Must speak Korean; knowledge of medical terminology, computer skills, and customer service experience preferred.

- Schedule: 8-hour shifts.
