Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Patient Registration Supervisor to lead our patient intake and registration team within a fast-paced healthcare environment. Duties

  • Supervise and support front desk staff
  • Maintain inventory and office supplies for front office operations
  • Coordinate daily patient check-in and check-out processes
  • Monitor patient wait times and workflow efficiency
  • Verify insurance eligibility and ensure accurate patient information
  • Handle patient concerns, complaints, and service recovery
  • Train, coach, and evaluate front office employees
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
  • Assist with billing coordination and prior authorizations as needed
  • Prepare schedules, reports, and office performance metrics
  • Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
  • Coordinate communication between providers, staff, and patients

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or health care administration or equivalent work experience.

Experience: Experience in multi-provider or specialty practices
